Startup problem

Hello! I have a problem when starting the game, instead of starting when I click the .exe or when I click play on steam the game opens me a compressed file and I can not find executable allowing me to start . If someone could explain to me how to start the game please .

Your computer is opening the wrong default application. java needs to be your default application for opening .jar files. Does this make sense?
