ACCurrently there is nothing (like a prompt) stopping you from accidentally hitting the chest while pick,shovel or ax while it is equipped.
Thus far destroying all items in that chest. Make it have hit points like tiles if possible while items are in it, like when wrong item used in mining (in red letters “It would be best if you empty this first”) when hitting it.
And this also takes care of a suggestion i made as well with something that destroys unwanted items if you have stuff you don’t want leave them in the chest and destroy the chest. Voila! 🙂
Pizzahut91Perhaps it could be set to always take two hits no matter what the tool, so if you accidentally hit it once, you’ll see the health bar and then you can hit something else so the chest’s health will reset.
